INSTRUCTIONS

 

Preheat oven to 190 degrees. Line baking sheet with foil for easy cleanup. Top baking sheet with baking rack/oven proof cooling rack and lightly spray with nonstick cooking spray.

In a medium bowl, mix Rub ingredients together. Add half of the Rub to a large freezer bag. Add half of the wings and shake until coated evenly. Line wings on prepared baking rack so they are not touching. Add remaining Rub ingredients and wings to freezer bag and repeat.

Bake on upper middle rack for 45-50 minutes or until golden.  Bake tilldesired crispiness, watching closely so wings don't burn. Flip chicken wings over  the other side until crispy.

In a medium bowl, whisk together sauce ingredients (not Caramel Sauce). Set aside.

Heat the Deelicious Beer salted caramel sauce in a sauce pan of 2 mins then add the sauce mixture, and combine well.

Remove the sauce from the heat and allow to cool down slightly. Add cooked chicken to a large bowl and add sauce. Toss until evenly coated with a spatula.  Sprinkle some sesame seeds and spring onions. 

There will be a little extra sauce which is amazing on rice. Enjoy!

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 



 Asian  Pork  Chops 

Ingredients:

4-5 pork chops / or fillets chicken breast

 5 tsp Deelicious Thai Chili Garlic dip

1 tbsp paprika

1 tbsp soya sauce

1 to 2 tbsp Sriracha extra hot chilli sauce or any other hot chili sauce

salt as required. 

Ingredients:

 

24 chicken wings with skin (approx 3 pounds), rinsed and patted dry

 

Dry Rub

2 tablespoons baking powder

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

2 tablespoons ground ginger (sounds like a lot, its amazing)

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoons onion powder

1 teaspoon garlic powder


 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Baked Stickey Chicken Wings

 

Sauce

1/3 cup low sodium soy sauce

1 tbsp  rice wine vinegar, (may substitute dry sherry)

1/3 cup water

1 tablespoon  sesame seed oil

1/2 - 1 1/2 teaspoons Sriracha/Asian hot chili sauce

1 1/2 tablespoons freshly grated ginger

3 garlic cloves, minced

1/4 teaspoon salt

dash of pepper

1 tablespoons cornstarch

 

2-3 tbsb Deelicious beer salted caeamel sauce.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Instructions:

 Marinate the pork chops / or chicken breast with just 4 ingredients for 2 hrs- 5 tsp Deelicious Thai Chili Garlic dip, 1 tbsp paprika, 1 tbsp soya sauce and Sriracha extra hot chilli sauce or any other hot chili sauce and also salt as required.

Pan fry the pork chops in a non-stick pan with sesame oil on both sides for 3-5 mins till dark brown. Keep your oven preheated to 200 degrees. Transfer the chops on a baking tray and bake/grill the pork chops for 30 mins, flipping sides at half time. Rest the chops covered with foil for 5 mins. Serve with your choice of rice or salad. Enjoy!!!!

 



Herb  Grilled  Chicken  with  Creamy  Mustard  Sauce

Ingredients:

For Grilled Chicken:

1/2 Teaspoon thyme leaves(fresh or dry)

1/2 teaspoon chilly flakes(can add more if want more spicy)

 salt to taste

2-3 cloves crushed garlic

 3 - 4 fillets of chicken breast.

 

For Creamy mustard Sauce:

1 Tablespoon butter

1/2 cup fresh cream

2 tablespoon Deelicious Roasted Garlic & Lemon Mustard

 salt to taste  

Instructions:

For Grilled Chicken: Add 1/2 Teaspoon thyme leaves(fresh or dry), 1/2 teaspoon chilly flakes ( can add more if want more spicy), salt to taste and few cloves of crushed garlic to 3 - 4 fillets of chicken breast. make sure that u rub the chicken with the dry ingredients well. Grease a grilling pan on medium heat with butter and grill the chicken for 3 to 4 mins on each side or till cooked properly.

 

For Creamy mustard Sauce: In a sauce pan on low heat add 1 Tablespoon butter,  quickly add fresh cream, steer well and add 2 tablespoon Deelicious Roasted Garlic & Lemon Mustard, finally add salt to taste and boil for a few minuets.

 

Optional:Boiled salt pepper vegetables of your choice. 
serve with mashed potatoes or rice of your choice.
