Make a crispy grilled sandwich with some fresh apple slices and my Caramel Apple jam and you will never miss breakfast again.

Kiwi pineapple is very special to me as it was one of my first innovations when I began to make jams as a hobby. This is as Deelicious, classic, vibrant and fresh in taste as it appears. Tart kiwi and sweet pineapple with a hint of lime blend perfectly, to make a fresh summer jam. It’s especially good slathered on biscuits.

You know that sauce that you want to slather on everything? That’s this Thai Chili Garlic Sauce. It’s the perfect dip for freshly fried egg rolls and wontons. I also like to add a little bit when I’m making stir fry or cooking up some chicken. One of my favourite dishes to eat with this sauce? Deep fried paneer. OHHHH, man. That’s some good stuff right there.

Chocolate for me and I am sure for most of you as well, is great in any form, whether frozen, melting or any other. So it was a must have in my list of flavors. It came to me one morning when I was trying to fix breakfast for my son, which he would finish. And the sandwich with my chocolate banana spread was over in no time from my table. It’s simply Yumm!!!

 Caramelized  Onion  Spread

INGREDIENTS: Onions, garlic, ground mustard, white pepper powder, ground ginger, vinegar, balsamic vinegar, butter, lime juice, pectin and Sugar.

For me there is just no food without onion & garlic and the two combined together is just brilliant! So if you’re an onion & garlic lover you’re going to love this. Spread it in between bread and cook up your own creation. Glaze it on meat and spicy up your chicken or bacon and cheese sandwich.

 Lemon  Ginger  Marmalade

INGREDIENTS: Meyer lemons, lemon zest, lemon juice, ginger, pectin and Sugar.

Mrp: Rs. 150/-

This old school classic combo normally seen as a squash has got its own charm. My marmalade version of lemon & ginger is even better a union, as the rinds of both will add texture and spicy to your bite. Tastes even better with sponge cake or ice-cream.

INGREDIENTS: Green Bell peppers, Green Chilies, Apple vinegar, pectin and Sugar.

Mrp: Rs. 135 /-

 Bell   Pepper  Dip

Unique, vibrant, creative are just some of the words to describe how this dip looks. Your taste buds are in for a treat once you try this dip. This vibrant number can be used as a dip by itself or with other dips combined such as hummus bell pepper dip & bell pepper cream cheese dip.
